The last enemy
Description
A military training film produced by Movietone for the Directorate of Army Cinematography, the War Office, London and GHQ India. Produced under the direction of Major General R H Dewin, CB, DSO, MC. This training film was made to show British troops some of the lessons learnt by the Australians in the campaigns in the SWPA from 1942 to mid 1944. The film makes extensive use of Department of Information footage as well as material from US and Japanese sources.
