Portrait of 410262 Flight Lieutenant (Flt Lt) Donald Hemphill Rutter RAAF of Eltham, Vic, a rocket firing Typhoon pilot photographed on the Continent whilst serving with No. 247 Squadron RAF. Flt Lt Rutter was killed in operations over Germany on 5 April 1945, and is buried in the Hanover War Cemetery.
