Description
1940 diary of Milne whilst in the position of 6 Division Assistant Adjutant and Quarter-Master General to 2nd AIF Overseas Base. The diary describes his embarkation December 1939 as part of the 2nd AIF Advance Party, his work in Palestine (in setting up supply lines) and general day to day information. The diary also contains newspaper clippings, menu cards, business cards, invitations and some letters.
