Indian Tulwar Sword and Scabbard
Description
Indian Tulwar sword and scabbard. The hilt is gold leaf decorated cast iron with a P shape knucklebow guard, a large disc pommel and pointed langets. The plain curved blade has a gilt circular sanskrit inscription on the right side and the point is bent. The wooden scabbard is covered in black lizard skin and the tip, as well as part of the throat, has been broken off.
