Carbon copy of typed report submitted by Williams to HQ Desert Mounted Corps, on the administration of hospitals, Damascus, October to November 1918. Covers administration, condition of hospitals including those used by Turkish POW and by Germans and British. Mentions Baramke or Barracks hospital, Bab Fouma hospital, the Red Crescent Officers' Hospital and the German Hospital. Also a business card.
