Description
10.5 cm Light field howitzer, on a sheet steel box trail. The gun is fitted with two wooden spoked wheels and anti splinter gun shield. Breech operational, with a horizontal sliding breech block. Breech ring number 1457. Manufacturers code Rh Mf. Barrel number 1457A. Imperial German coat of arms on barrel "Pro Gloria Et Patria" and "Ultima Ratio Regis". Sight bracket in working order. Sight would have been a Goerz RBl. f.16. Front seat supports extensively perforated and twisted through battle damage.
