Description
A burned out tank. This tank was lost to the Australians during the 2nd Battle of Gaza . The infantry were unable to keep up with it, and after being disabled by enemy shells, the crew set fire to it and escaped. Afterwards the Turks used it as a sniper's 'possie' or position. Hundreds of dead were lying about the remains of the tank when found.
