Studio portrait of Sergeant George Bertie Pryor, D Company, 46th Battalion of Malvern, Vic. A lithographer prior to his enlistment on 21 July 1915 he embarked from Melbourne on board HMAT Ceramic. The son of William Henry and Elizabeth Jane Pryor of Victoria, he died aged 20 years and is memorialised at 142, 26 Villers Bretonneux, France.
