Type 56 Assault Rifle : North Vietnamese Forces
Description
Type 56 Assault Rifle. Metal construction with a varnished light wood butt, fore end and pistol grip. The receiver is marked on the left side with 66 within a triangle, three Chinese characters and the serial number. A folding three sided spike bayonet with a frosted chrome blade is attached to the fore end. The magazine and top cover are painted black.
