Description
Studio portrait of Private Hamilton Kerr McKell in uniform of the NSW Scottish Regiment. In May 1901 Kerr McKell left with the 3rd NSW Imperial Bushmen to serve in the Boer War. He served during the First World War with the 12th Australian Light Horse Regiment, the 4th Camel Regiment and the Imperial Camel Corps.
