Description
Brief outline of the history of "The Rejected Volunteers' Association of Victoria", including the Rules and Regulations. Membership in the Association was available to those men who had volunteered for active service and had been rejected on medical grounds. The Association also served to promote loyalty, patriotism and welfare relief.
