Description
Papers relating to the WAAAF service of ACW Granger. The collection includes 'The AWAS and AAMWS' Personal Handbook', a copy of the New Testament with a list of psalms to read, railway travel certificate, a leave pass, and Granger's enlistment notice. ACW Granger enlisted in the WAAF in 1943, trained as a flight mechanic, was posted to No. 5 Aircraft Depot Wagga Wagga, and then posted to No. 1 Engineering School for training as a Fitter IIE.
