A Centurion Armoured Recovery Vehicle (ARV), with the call sign 8D (Eight Delta), ARN 169113, of A Squadron, 1st Armoured Regiment (1AR), returning from Operation Matilda. Matilda was a large reconnaissance and ambush operation conducted by Australian forces between 15 and 26 January 1970.
