Destruction of a building on a Boer farm near the town of Ottoshoop, probably by members of the 4th Victorian Imperial Bushmen Contingent. Two of their members, Lieutenant Alexander George Gilpin and 343 Private (Pte) Andrew Thomas Woodman subsequently died during the clearing of the town.
