Yokohama, Japan. 12 September 1945. Former Japanese Prime Minister Hideki Tojo receives a blood transfusion at No. 98 evacuation hospital Yokohama the day after the attempted suicide by shooting himself. He recovered and was later hanged as a war criminal.
