Description
Haversack made of grey cotton with leather straps and loops, zinc-plated iron buttons and buckles.
History / Summary
Also known as 'Bread Bags' (Brotbeutel), these were used to carry the soldiers rations and water carriers. It could be carried by the shoulder strap or attached to the belt. Storm troopers preferred to carry the bag with the shoulder strap only and cut off the hooks in order to attach the bag to the belt.
