History / Summary

Also known as 'Bread Bags' (Brotbeutel), these were used to carry the soldiers rations and water carriers. It could be carried by the shoulder strap or attached to the belt. Storm troopers preferred to carry the bag with the shoulder strap only and cut off the hooks in order to attach the bag to the belt.
