Thesis "The New Zealand Wars, 1845-1870; and analysis of their history and interpretation". Discussion of the wars fought by the British and the Maoris on the North Island of New Zealand. Concerns the three main wars the Northern War 1845 to 1846, the Taranaki War 1860 to 1861 and the Waikato War 1863 to 1864.
