Letter from Spencer Grove, Tumut, to the editor of the Sydney Morning Herald, 28 June 1915. Mr Groves, on behalf a Mr and Mrs W Clout, enclosed two letters from 487 Private Norman Eric Clout. The first letter dated 10 May 1915 covers his landing at Gallipoli and the letter dated 12 May 1915 covers his first couple of days at Gallipoli and the possible death of a friend.
