Description
Letter from A E Young to the to the editor of the Sydney Morning Herald, Los Angeles, 28 November 1916. In the letter Young writes of the lack of knowledge of Australia and Australian affairs in America and notes that in Canada the Examiner has been banned. Attached to the letter is a newspaper clipping from the Los Angeles Examiner, 26 November 1916. The clipping relates to Billy Hughes, the White Australia policy, conscription and the existing relationships between Britain, Australia and Japan.
