Description
"Allied Medical Missions in Serbia during the First World War : Australian Women at the Front of Salonica in 1916". In part examines the role of Australian women doctors (Agnes Bennett and Lilian Cooper and Mary Garis) and nurses in the Scottish Medical Missions (Scottish Women's Hospitals) in Serbia during the 1914-1918 war. This was a short paper delivered to the Serbian Academy of Science (Historical Section) c. 1987.
