Left to right: 420115 Pilot Officer (PO, later Flying Officer [FO]) Alfred Walter Fitzroy Barry, Sydney, NSW; 413814 Flight Sergeant (Flt Sgt) Daniel Thomas Walsh, Waverly, NSW, (lost on operations over the UK on 30 November 1943); 412316 Flt Sgt (later FO) Errol Johnston, Bondi, NSW (lost on operations over Italy on 12 April 1945); Flt Sgt K. A. Smith, Royal New Zealand Air Force. The bombs painted on the aircraft depict the twenty three operational sorties to its credit.
