Nambu Type 14 Pistol Holster : Sasebo First Special Naval Landing Party
Description
Brown leather holster and shoulder strap for a Nambu Type 14 semi automatic pistol. On the front is a small pouch for ammunition which contains the pistol firing pin wrapped in tissue paper. The holster contains a small steel cleaning rod wrapped in tissue paper and the shoulder strap. Inside the top flap are seven Japanese characters written in white ink which translates as Sasebo First Special Naval Landing Party and 10KiNi. At the rear of the holster is a belt loop and two steel shoulder strap loops. The flap is secured by with an elasticated leather strap and a steel button stud.
