411157 Warrant Officer (WO, later Flight Lieutenant [Flt Lt]) Arthur Sampson McEvoy, Sydney NSW and 409368 Flying Officer (later Flt Lt) Mervyn Neville Austin, Melbourne Vic. Both are members of C Flight in No 456 Mosquito Squadron RAAF of Fighter Command, based at RAF Middle Wallop Station. Flt Lt McEvoy was accidentally killed at Newcastle NSW on 19 September, 1945.
