Description
Record Book for 11 Platoon, `B' Company, 2/17 Battalion, kept by Lieut. Geikie. Records personal details of platoon members, any particular skills, promotions, transfers, deaths. Also lists members of a garrotting party, and a brief account of `B' Coys first hand to hand action on 14 April 1941. Also a retrospective account of an episode concerning the Battalion mail during the retreat from Benghazi.
