Portrait of 3318 Private Percy Roy Merrick, 19th Battalion
Description
Studio portrait of 3318 Private (Pte) Percy Roy Merrick, a railway porter from Kiama, New South Wales, he enlisted with the 19th Battalion on 15 August 1915. Pte Merrick was wounded in action near Pozieres on 26 July 1916 and died from his wounds the next day on 27 July 1916. He was 21 years old.
