Off Porlock Harbour, New Guinea. After being hit by bombs in an attack by Japanese aircraft off Cape Nelson, the Dutch merchant vessel 'sJacob settles by the bow. Survivors can be seen swimming in the water. She was taking part in Operation Lilliput. (Naval Historical Collection)
