Portrait of 405107 Flying Officer (FO) William Kirk of Brisbane, Qld, who was a RAAF air gunner in a Mitchell medium bomber of No. 180 Squadron RAF with the Second Tactical Air Force. FO Kirk was lost on operations over France on 20 June 1944 and is buried in the St Pierre Cemetery in AmiensRAAF 17
