Defence of Mafeking
Description
The production of battle prints combined advances in colours printing with the heroic exploits of the British Army, to produce posters that were popular and widely purchased by the general public. This work illustrates a particularly fierce attack led by Colonel Robert Baden-Powell on the entrenched Boers.
