Description
Colour postcard showing a man mourning by a grave that reads 'In Loving Memory of Thora'. Thora is shown in a vignette above the mourner. At the bottom of the postcard are printed the lyrics for the song 'Thora'. This was a popular song during the First World War period that was written by Frederic Edward Weatherly and Stephen Adams, pseudonym for Michael Maybrick. This postcard was published as number 4779/4 in the Bamforth song series.
