Khost, Afghanistan. 1992-03-31. Captain M. O'Shannessy, an Australian Army member of the United Nations Mine Clearance Training Team - Afghanistan/Pakistan (UNMCTT), in a wrecked Soviet T-54/55 main battle tank with a member of the Mujahideen faction. The vehicle was still full of live rounds.
