Markeboy, Somalia. 1993-03-18. An emaciated Somali girl clothed in yellow. She is standing against a background of thorn bush in a rural area being searched by members of `D' Company, 1st Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (1RAR), before distribution of grain. The soldiers are serving with the Australian contingent to the Unified Task Force in Somalia (UNITAF).
