1914! Les Assassins
Description
French propaganda print No. 1 in the series '1914!' featuring illustrations by Maurice Neumont. Titled 'The murderers' it depicts Franz Joseph I and Wilhelm II, German Kaiser, as masked assassins. Behind them is a shadowy Imperial eagle with bloody talons. It is dedicated to Hansi a fellow political cartoonist whose work was known for it's comedic style.
