Baidoa, Somalia. 1993-03-29. Interior of the building used as headquarters by the 1st Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (1RAR). Leaning against the doorway is woman member of the military police Corporal Julie Baranowski. She was in demand as the Somali men used to hide weapons under their women's clothes in the hope of avoiding searches by male soldiers.
