Pistol in hand, Lance Corporal (L Cpl) Darren Davis, a dog handler from 3 Combat Engineer Regiment (CER), leads a foot patrol with Lieutenant Bob Worswick (left), 2 Platoon, A Company, 1st Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (1RAR), through the streets of the town. L Cpl Davis is accompanied by Edd Tia, one of the regiment's three dogs. They are serving with the Australian contingent to the Unified Task Force in Somalia (UNITAF).
