Private Steven Trizise of the Catering Platoon, 1st Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (1RAR), about to place meat on a hot plate in the mess kitchen at headquarters. He is serving with the Australian contingent to the Unified Task Force in Somalia (UNITAF).
