Baidoa, Somalia. 1993-03-28. A medic treating Private Day, C Company, 1st Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (1RAR), for an under arm injury. He was the only Australian wounded in Somalia during that tour. The men are serving with the Australian contingent to the Unified Task Force in Somalia (UNITAF).
