Phnom Penh, Cambodia. 1992-02-06. Sergeant Mark James of Ballarat, Vic (left), and Warrant Officer 2 Paul Farmer of Mt Evelyn, Vic, control the fire hose during the Potchetong Market fire. The fire, in which three children died, took three hours to extinguish.
