The Prime Minister of Australia, Mr Paul Keating (centre), on an official visit to the United Nations Transitional Authority in Cambodia (UNTAC). The soldier talking to him with his head turned away from the camera is Lieutenant Colonel Steve Ayling, Commanding Officer (CO) of UNTAC's Force Communications Unit (FCU).
