Siem Reap, Cambodia, 1993-06-05. A group of Australian and New Zealand soldiers serving with the United Nations Transitional Authority in Cambodia (UNTAC) carrying out a weapon assembly drill at the local UNTAC Headquarters. They are left to right: Gunner Carl Rob; Leading Aircraftman (Tiny) Saunders; Leading Aircraftwoman Mich Stevens; Corporal Dale Witere, Royal New Zealand Signals; and Bombardier Greg Belmont. The weapons they are assembling are 5.56mm calibre Steyr AUG rifles fitted with telescopic sights. (Original 35mm positive housed in AWM Archive Store)
