A tape recording of a talk given to a Year 9 class at Trinity Grammar in 1978 by 400396 Flight Lieutenant Horace 'Bill' Spencer Wills Fordyce. Includes information about his service as a pilot with the Royal Australian Air Force, in 458 Squadron, and details about being a prisoner of war (POW) at Stalag Luft 111. Details are included about his involvement in escape plans called the “Dark Horse Escape” and the “Great Escape”.
