Prisoner of war papers relating to the Second World War service of WX259 Lieutenant Kenneth Tebbet Johnson, 2/11th Infantry Battalion, c. 30 May 1941 - April 1944.
Two German prisoner of war documents issued to Johnson; the first relating to his capture by German forces on 30 May 1941 and treatment of wounds he sustained during the Battle of Retimo a week earlier, and the second relating to his arrival at Stalag VIII-B in Lamsdorf on 2 September 1941 and subsequent internment at several other prisoner of war camps in Germany.
