Description
Qalat Forward Arming and Refueling Point (FARP). Filmed by an unidentified pilot in the Jump Seat of A15-106 using the camera of Captain Jason Otter, C Squadron, 5th Aviation Regiment (5 Avn Regt). Captain Otter (Pilot viewed at :10 sec) later noted: "A Hesco barrier (dirt filled mesh wall), the external wall of the FOB [Qalat Forward Operating Base], can be seen to the east of the FARP. Following on from a US CH-47D Chinook departing with an External Load, our Australian Army CH-47D A15-106 moves into position so that three fuel blivets can be hooked up by American servicemen".
