Notebook relating to the First World War service of Second Lieutenant Harold Gordon Cornell, No. 2 Squadron, Australian Flying Corps.
This collection consists of one bound notebook containing information about plane details, conventional signs in map-reading, schematics, and morse code. This notebook was kept by 2nd Lt. Cornell while undertaking wireless, ground gunnery and flight training at Netheravon from August 1917 until his departure for France in December 1917.
