This file contains an incomplete copy of "The Advance" [pages 1-8 and 25-32] published on 9 August 1973. A community newspaper distributed across the local government area of Fairfield in Sydney, this edition of "The Advance" includes an article on local resident Antonin Horcicka, who recalls his capture by the Gestapo in 1940, internment at Dachau Concentration Camp, escape from the camp shortly before its liberation by US forces on 29 April 1945, and early post-war life in Australia.
