Eta Jima, Japan. 1947-10-31. A Japanese workman carrying bricks at the construction site for housing for dependents of BCOF personnel. The employee has adopted the age-old Oriental method of carrying the weight suspended from a pole which is called "ten-bin-bo" in Japanese.
