Shikoku, Japan. 1947-12-12. CM853 Command craft of Operation Fish is tied up at the wharf. The operation was to check and arrest black marketeers in fish and also to inspect cargoes for any type of black market evidence. The main body of the patrol, which travelled in four Japanese Air Sea Rescue boats, came from the 1st Australian Armoured Car Squadron.
