Norfolk, England. 1945-07-14. Warrant Officer C. H. Younger, RAAF, of East Hawthorn, Vic, who bailed out of a Wellington Bomber aircraft over Paris 1942-05, and was a prisoner of war (POW) for nearly three years until 1945-04-16, was married to Miss Margaret Gilby of Chadwell, Heath, his "pen friend", in the 1200-year old church of St Mary at East Walton, near King's Lynn.
