Description
Various certificates related to Nurse Mackenzie's registration at Sydney Hospital, travel papers and passport issued for her movement to France with the Countess of Dudley to join the Voluntary Hospital at St Nazaire, copy of `The Nursing Times Illustrated War Service' booklet in which she features and a later personal reference written by the Countess recommending Sister Mackenzie to a matron's position.
