Staffordshire, England. 1942-01-22. The wreath covered graves of left to right: 408033 Sergeant (Sgt) Jacob Steven Richard Woolnough; 404772 Sgt Frederick Ernest Williams; 402767 Sgt Evan Frederick Webb; and Sgt Joseph Henry Rogerson, who were all buried at Fradley Churchyard, Litchfield, England. All of the above airmen were killed in an accident on 17 January 1942 while attached to 27 RAF Operational Training Unit in the United Kingdom.
