Description
Cartoon showing the barrel of a huge gun pointed at the face of the darkened man waving a ragged flag and saying 'Oh...now why didn't you say that in the first place?'. The satirical cartoon was created by Sean Leahy in response to the First Gulf War (1990-1991).
